Account Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Marketing/Advertising, Communication or related and 5 years of work experience in marketing related field
  • Strong understanding of digital media and social networking applications with Agency experience leading digital & social campaigns
  • Proven track record in client management and providing outstanding client service
  • Extremely creative, resourceful & detail-oriented; able to easily multi-task & prioritize within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of industry needs and keeps up with trends and applications
  • Ability to think strategically and take responsibility and ownership of tasks Strong oral/written communication, problem-solving and client relation skills
  • Ability to develop and conduct persuasive presentations
  • Professional demeanor, able to adapt to changes, and team with others in a friendly and fun environment Self-starter; Takes initiative and can effectively lead on tasks

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships across multiple clients/brands
  • Handle all client account needs including resourcing, strategy, quality of work, and budgeting
  • Build a thorough knowledge of client's business and competitors within the industry to: Enhance agency work proactively, share strategic insights for client business and Identify opportunities to grow agency relationships
  • Oversee execution of recaps and performance reports for clients
  • Lead and contribute to new business and thought leadership opportunities
  • Prepare client presentations that tell a story by translating data into key insights
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth Determine organic growth areas and capitalize on opportunities
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
  • Other duties as needed
