LiveHelpNow is a team of customer support experts who assist businesses with solutions that foster greater customer satisfaction and engagement. They drive value for companies looking for assistance with customer inquiries, lead generation, and other factors that increase ROI. What they were looking to improve was their online chat experience for customers who needed to provide quick and helpful answers in real-time. That’s where Citro came in to help with the branding of their AI- and ChatGPT-powered chat assistant and developed Hue.
Before the LiveHelpNow team could introduce this innovation to brands, they needed a name and persona for this customer support tool that would ultimately turn dull customer service chat experiences into ones that would satisfy greater numbers of customer inquiries for businesses worldwide. 

In today’s world, we desire more direct and instant customer service, and we’re not satisfied with anything less. What LiveHelpNow wanted to bring with this tool would require a unique identity and value proposition mapped out for businesses to invest in and trust. 
We started from the ground up with this project, so first things first was the product name. We didn’t simply throw out names that would sound like a live agent and hope it stuck. Instead, we took the general idea that LiveHelpNow had in mind, which was to create a genuine customer service chat experience that felt authentic, personalized, and most importantly, human. This is where Hue was born. The name came about after identifying a few simple words that encapsulated the entire project - “humanly unique experience.”  

When it came to the brand logo, we went simple yet powerful, using bubble letters that would give Hue a sense of soft personality but still with the sophistication of a high-powered chat tool. We went with a pop of dark purple that would lend itself well to LiveHelpNow’s original brand colors but still complement Hue’s individuality. 

Once we developed the look and feel of the brand, we then looked into designing an appealing and user-friendly chat interface. We used various inspirations from other chatbots and wanted something that wouldn’t be intrusive to web visitors but still offer a personalized experience when a customer sought an answer. We then helped write a landing page for Hue on LiveHelpNow’s website that would introduce Hue to businesses looking to transform their online customer service experience. We also provided their team with some initial social media posts to go along with the official launch, as well as Reddit ads, some product-related emails, and even some more design-related projects like Zoom backgrounds and a t-shirt design.

Results

Hue was officially launched in 2023 as a customer engagement tool that would revolutionize the customer service experience with real-time chat assistance and live agent support for customer queries. The brand launch was so successful that we entered Hue in the 2024 American Advertising Federation of the Greater Lehigh Valley ADDY Awards and walked away with a silver award in the elements of the advertising category
