Happy Munch: Yogurt Clusters Package Design
Happy Munch Factory came to Citro to create packaging for its line of Yogurt Clusters, a fun, snackable product combining yogurt-coated oat and brown rice crisps with fruit-inspired flavors. The goal was to develop a package that felt fresh, flavorful, and approachable while creating a distinctive family look that could grow across multiple varieties.
The Challenge
In a crowded snack category, Happy Munch needed packaging that could grab attention quickly while making the product and flavor immediately understandable. The design also had to accommodate bilingual messaging, nutritional information, and required certifications without sacrificing visual appeal. Most importantly, each flavor needed its own personality while remaining unmistakably part of the Happy Munch family.
Our Solution
Citro developed a bright, contemporary packaging system built around bold typography, appetizing product imagery, and flavor-specific color palettes. Strawberry Splass, Blueberry Bliss, Peach Paradise, and Mango Mania each have a distinct visual identity, while consistent typography, layout, and brand elements unify the line. A clean white foundation gives the packaging an airy, modern feel and allows the colorful ingredients and Yogurt Cluster product imagery to take center stage.
The Results
The finished packaging gives Happy Munch a cohesive, shelf-ready brand presence that feels playful, fresh, and easy to navigate. The flexible design system establishes strong recognition across the three initial flavors while providing a foundation that can easily extend to future products and varieties. The result is packaging designed not only to protect the product, but to help Happy Munch stand out, build recognition, and turn a first glance into a first taste.

The fun was finding the balance between playful and polished. We wanted each flavor to have its own personality, but when you see the packages together, they clearly belong to the same Happy Munch family.
