AAA Northampton County's website provides solutions for drivers, including roadside assistance, insurance, travel, and more. While their previous website had served them well, they needed a more modern digital experience to help drive discoverability of their offerings to members, while also making it easier to manage and update their content and to future-proof their presence online before the end-of-life date for K13, which is set for December 2026.

In collaboration with AAA Northampton County, Citro began the process of modernizing their digital experience, by migrating their content to a new and improved experience on the XbyK content management system (CMS) and digital experience platform (DXP). In updating the design of their website, AAA Northampton County was able to create a more intuitive experience for their members by modernizing the overall look and feel, and providing their marketing team with an intuitive interface to more easily manage and update content. In short, AAA Northampton County was able to evolve their digital presence without disrupting the positive experience that their members have come to expect while future-proofing their presence online by migrating to the latest version of Kentico.
