LiveHelpNow is a customer support platform that helps businesses manage live chat conversations across numerous platforms, all from one unified system. As the product evolved, they needed to modernize their identity and launch a new website as advanced as their product.

The Challenge

LiveHelpNow has a powerful product, but their brand and website didn't fully communicate it. They faced an outdated visual identity, critical to a competitive SaaS market, and had complex messaging that didn't clearly communicate what they were offering. They also required a migration into a scalable, user-friendly CMS.

We redesigned the entire LiveHelpNow experience, bringing together brand, content, and technology into one cohesive system. We started with a modernized logo and visual identity to reflect innovation and trust, clarified product messaging, streamlined the user journey with an enhanced digital experience, and migrated them into a flexible, scalable DXP, Xperience by Kentico.

We reimagined the brand and website to feel more modern, more intuitive, and easier to navigate, while building a scalable system in Kentico to support what’s next. The result is a clearer, more confident digital presence that better matches the strength of the platform.
